What are pinwheel sandwiches?
Pinwheel sandwiches are similar to tea sandwiches. A flour tortilla is usually used and a cutting board to make the rolling easier. You add the filling of your choice and wrap it tightly. You then leave it in the fridge to set for about 15-30 mins. When the wrap is set use a serrated knife to cut it into pieces that will form a pinwheel shape.
