  • Cutting board
  • butter knife
  • 1 serrated knife
  • Serving plate

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons Mayo
  • 2 Burrito-style flour tortilla
  • 4 slices Honey turkey thinly sliced
  • 4 slices Baby swiss
  • 4 leaves Bibb lettuce

Instructions
 

  • Place flour tortilla on cutting board and spread a thin layer of mayo all around.
  • On one side of the tortilla layer the turkey first, then cheese, then lettuce.
  • Roll ingredients side tightly.
  • Place in refrigerator to set for about 15 mins.
  • Take out of refrigerator and place on cutting board. Then cut evenly about 1 inch thick. Serve cold. This will last you about a day. You can prepare this the night before.
