Hi, I’m Sonaded Khanna, a home cook, certified nutrition coach, wife, and mom of two. Over the years, my relationship with food has evolved. While I used to be a huge foodie, I now prioritize eating for better health for myself and my family. My quest is to create generational health and help other families create that by using more natural foods, less ultra-processed foods, and making more homecooked meals.
My journey with food started when I worked as a server in New York City for ten years before transitioning to healthcare. However, my passion for cooking drew me back to the kitchen. I spent a year honing my culinary skills as a line cook in the Meatpacking District. I worked and volunteered for the New York City Wine & Food Festival in 2019, 2021, 2023, and 2024. I was a quarter-finalist in Carla Hall’s Favorite Chef competition in 2023 and became certified in nutrition by Precision Nutrition in 2023.
My goal is to share my recipes and knowledge about food with other families that also want to create generational health and make more homecooked meals.
