I am Sonaded Khanna, a PN Level 1 certified nutrition coach and food blogger. Over the years, my relationship with food has evolved. While I used to be a huge foodie, I now prioritize eating for better health, both for myself and my family. My quest is to find healing foods and natural remedies that can combat diseases and contribute to overall wellness.
Since my husband’s diagnosis of stage 4 cancer in 2020, I have been researching and incorporating healthy foods, spices, and teas into our diet to maintain our health.
My journey with food started when I worked as a server in New York City for ten years before transitioning to healthcare. However, my passion for cooking drew me back to the kitchen. I spent a year as a line cook in the Meatpacking District, honing my culinary skills. I worked for The New York City Wine & Food Festival in 2019, 2021, and 2023, and was a quarter-finalist in Carla Hall’s Favorite Chef competition in 2023.
My goal is to help promote health and fight disease through eating nutritious foods. I am a firm believer in the powerful impact of food on one’s overall health.
