Cut the ripen avocadoes in half and scoop out the seed with your spoon. Then scoop out the avocado into the molcajete or bowl. Begin to smash to your preferred texture.
Cut the lime in half and use half of the lemon to juice. Squeeze lime juice into a container. Then scoop 1 tablespoon of lime juice from the container and pour over mashed avocado. Then add diced red onion, ground cumin, minced jalapeno, kosher salt, and cilantro. With your, Microplane grate the garlic until it forms a paste. Then add it to the molcajete or bowl.
Mix all the ingredients together. Then serve with a bowl of tortilla chips or as a side.
