This green smoothie recipe is packed with powerful antioxidants and vitamins that will help boost your immune system. Want to learn how to make a green smoothie? Let me show you how.
Most people will think it’s a green smoothie, “it’s healthy, but might not taste good.” Maybe you are not into kale or spinach, but you can make it taste great. The sweetness of the pineapple and banana eliminates any bland and bitter taste you think it might have.
Let me tell you one of the first times I had a green smoothie was when I was pregnant with my first child Eva, thinking the same thing, how it will be good for me and the baby, but I did not have high expectations for the taste. It was a pleasant surprise when the green smoothie was not only healthy but tasted great! I had about three to four green smoothies a week after that. That’s how much I enjoyed it and I know you will too!
