- Cherry tomatoes
- Fresh ciliegine mozzarella cheese
- Fresh basil
- Balsamic glaze
- Extra virgin olive oil

- Fresh cracked pepper
- Bamboo cocktail picks
When you have all the ingredients and are ready to put these together, all you need to do is start layering. Caprese Skewers with Balsamic Glaze
Equipment
- 1 package of bamboo cocktail picks
- 1 large serving plate
- 1 Mixing bowl medium
- 1 Spoon for mixing
- 1 mesh colander for rinsing the cheese
- Paper Towels for pat drying cheese
Ingredients
- 16 ounces ciliegine fresh mozzarella cheese 2 (8 ounce containers)
- 4 cups cherry tomatoes
- 2 bunches fresh basil
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- drizzle balsamic glaze
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
Instructions
- First set up your ingredients including your serving plate and bamboo picks. Open containers of ciliegine mozzarella cheese and rinse and pat dry cheese.
- Add cheese to a mixing bowl and then add extra virgin olive oil. salt, and pepper to cheese. Mix together with your spoon and then set aside.
- Pick up your bamboo pick and insert 1 cherry tomato first. Aim for the center of the tomato. Then add a basil leaf, a fresh mozzarella ball, a basil leaf, and a cherry tomato. Then set aside, Continue to form more skewers until all the ingredients are gone,
